40 <br />RESOLUTION NO. -74-54 <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, <br />Florida, did, after public hearing, make its final report <br />recommending changes and additions to the Zoning Ordinance <br />of Indian River County, Florida; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said re- <br />commended changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold <br />a public hearing in relation thereto at which parties in interest <br />and citizens were heard; Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian <br />River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be <br />changed as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property owned by Eric S. Koppelman, Charles <br />F. Rattray, Jr., Donald L. Ames, James E. Copeland, and John T. <br />Dayton, As Trustees, represented by James L. Beindorf, Engineer, <br />and Byron T. Cooksey, Attorney -at -Law, situated in Indian River <br />County, Florida, to -wit: <br />The N 1/2 of NW of 1/4 of NE 1/4 of Section 36, Town- <br />ship 32 -South, Range 39 -East, Indian River County, Florida, <br />containing 20 acres more or less; less any road rights -of <br />way. <br />Be changed from R-lA Single Family District to B-1 Planned <br />Business District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth <br />and described in said Zoning Regulation. <br />
