do <br />RESOLUTION No, 714-77-a— <br />WHEREAS, the following described property owned by the estate <br />of Ed May was previously sold for taxes by the Clerk of the Circuit Court, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, after payment of all taxes, interest penalties and fees <br />the sale produced an excess of $2, 073. 74 which amount the Clerk paid <br />into the Board of County Commissioner's General Fund, and <br />WHEREAS, by law the estate of Ed May is entitled to said surplus <br />upon application and <br />WHEREAS, said application has been made <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, the excess amount <br />paid on the tax sale of the following described property, to -wit: <br />Commence at the Northwest corner of the East 12. 50 <br />acres of the West 20 acres of Tract 1, Section 28, <br />Township 32 South, Range 39 East, according to the <br />last general plat of lands of the Indian River Farms <br />Company filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit <br />Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, Plat Book 2, page <br />25; said land now lying and being in Indian River County, <br />Florida; thence run South along the West boundary of <br />said East 12. 50 acres of said West 20 acres a distance <br />of 300 feet to a point of beginning; from said point of <br />beginning run South 250 feet; thence East 200 feet; <br />thence North 250 feet; thence West 200 feet, to the <br />point of beginning.
