Irtey2.r,rr>Caw <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-03 <br />A • RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF CIVIL <br />PENALTIES FOR SPECIFIC SECTIONS OF THE <br />ANIMAL CONTROL ORDINANCE. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County <br />pursuant to Florida Statutes Chapter 828.27 <br />has adopted an animal control <br />ordinance which provides for the issuance of <br />citations to persons who have <br />committed civil infractions in violation of <br />the duly enacted ordinance and <br />which provides that the Board may establish <br />civil penalties up to $500 for <br />violation of provision of the ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, as follows: <br />1.
