CHANDLER <br />COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR <br />FROM: TERRANCE G. PINT <br />DIRECTOR OF UTI VICES <br />PREPARED TERRY H. DRUM <br />AND STAFFED G.I.S. COORDINATOR <br />BY: DEPARTMENT OF UTILITY SERVICES <br />SUBJECT: IXORA PARK WAREHOUSE ADDITION <br />BID NO. 5052 <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY PROJECT NO. CP9425 <br />FINAL PAY REQUEST <br />BACKGROUND <br />On May 16, 1995, the Board of County Commissioners approved the <br />award of the Ixora Park Warehouse Expansion to Jim Wright <br />Construction, Inc., in the amount of $44,063.00. (See attached <br />minutes.) The contractor has completed the project and has <br />submitted his request for final payment (See attached.) <br />- ANALYSIS - <br />All Indian River County requirements have been met, and our testing <br />has been satisfactorily completed: The original contract price was <br />$44,063.00. The contractor was previously paid $39,259.80. This <br />leaves a balance of $4,803.20. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The staff of the Department of Utility Services recommends that the <br />Board of County Commissioners approve the final pay request of <br />$4,803.20 to Jim Wright Construction, Inc., as payment in full for <br />services rendered. <br />45 <br />JANUARY 2 1996 <br />
