RESOLUTION NO. 711_99 L, <br />• I WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Flor- <br />ida, did, after public hearing, make its final report recommending <br />changes and additions to the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear- <br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the follow- <br />ing property owned by George Russell, Represented by Schwab and <br />Twitty, Architects, Inc., situated in Indian River County, Flor- <br />ida, to -wit: <br />Government Lots 1 and 2, Section 13, Township 32 -South, <br />Range 39 -East, together with all submerged lands and <br />riparian rights appertaining thereto, less that portion <br />thereof conveyed to Indian River Farm Drainage District <br />by Deed dated July 24, 1922, recorded in Deed Book 41, <br />upon Page 259 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, <br />Florida. <br />Be changed from R-lA Single Family District, to R- 2B <br />Multiple Family District. <br />EXCEPT the North 300 feet and the South 330 feet of the <br />North 630 feet of the West 450 feet <br />Be changed from R-lA Single Family District, to R-3 <br />Multiple Dwelling District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and describ- <br />ed in said Zoning Regulation. <br />
