•• <br />RESOLUTION NO. _74-33 A_ <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Flor- <br />ida, did, after public hearing, make its final report recommend- <br />• ing changes and additions to the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear- <br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River Cou"ty, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the follow- <br />-ding property owned by G. R. and A. R. Wuethrich, situated in Indian <br />River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />The East 20.46 acres of Tract 8, Section 2, Township <br />33 -South, Range 38 -East, according to the last gener- <br />al plat of lands of the Indian River Farms Company filed <br />in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. <br />Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 2, page 25. <br />Be changed from B-1 Planned Business District, to R-lMP <br />Mobile Home Park District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and describ- <br />ed in said Zoning Regulation. <br />_ -42- <br />
