RESOLUTION NO. 74-89 <br />0_0= WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Flor- <br />ida, did, after public hearing, make its final report recommend - <br />®w ing changes and additions to the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida; and, <br />0_= WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear- <br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the follow - <br />,d <br />ing property owned by Robert R. Cox and Robert R. Duerden, situated <br />in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Commencing at the Southeast corner of Government Lot 3, <br />Section 8, Township 31 -South, Range 39 -East, run North <br />89 degrees 36119" West a distance of 48.93 feet to a <br />point on the present West right-of-way line of U.S. High- <br />way No. 1, said point being the point of beginning for the <br />following metes and bounds description: From said point of <br />beginning run North 89 degrees 36119" West on the South line <br />of said Government Lot 3 a distance of 585.38 feet to a point <br />on the East right-of-way line of a county road, said right- <br />of-way being 30 feet East of and parallel to the East right- <br />of-way line of the Florida East Coast railroad. <br />From said point run North 21 degrees 42119" West and para- <br />llel to the aforesaid East right-of-way of the Florida East <br />Coast Railroad a distance of 1295.94 feet to a point on the <br />East right-of-way line of aforesaid county road; thence run <br />North 89 degrees 36'19" West a distance of 32.37 feet to the <br />East right-of-way line of the Florida East Coast Railroad; <br />thence run North 21 degrees 42119" West along aforesaid East <br />right-of-way line of the Florida East Coast Railroad a distance <br />of 134.26 feet to a point on the North line of aforesaid Govern- <br />ment Lot 3; thence run South 89 degrees 38'19" East along said <br />North line of Government Lut 3, a distance of 499.15 feet to <br />a point on the West right-of-way line of the present U.S. High- <br />way No. 1; thence run South 25 degrees 57159" East along the <br />West right-of-way line of U. S. Highway No. 1 a distance of <br />1479.39 feet to the point of beginning. All the above land <br />lying in that part of Government Lot 3, Section 8, Township <br />31 -South, Range 39 -East, between the West right-of-way .line <br />of U.S. Highway No. 1 and the East right-of-way line of the <br />Florida East Coast Railroad, less county road and containing <br />16.11 net acres. <br />Be changed from R -IMP Mobile Home Park District, to B-1 Planned <br />Business District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and describ- <br />ed in said Zoning Regulation. <br />
