RESOLUTION NO. 74-96
<br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Flor-
<br />ida, dial, after public hearing, make its final report recommending
<br />changes and additions to the Zoning Ordinance of Indian Iliver
<br />County, Florida; and,
<br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended
<br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear-
<br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens
<br />were heard: Now, therefore,
<br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River
<br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as
<br />follows:
<br />1. That the 'Zoning Map be changed in order that the follow-
<br />ing described property comprising the area of Gifford West of 43rd
<br />Avenue, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit:
<br />All of Tract 14 and the unsubdivided portion of Tract 13,
<br />of Section 21, Township 32 -South, Range 39 -East;
<br />Be changed from M-1 Restricted Industrial. District, to
<br />R -IRM Residence -Mobile Home District.
<br />All of the subdivision of Crystal Sands, as recorded in Plat
<br />Book 8, page 16, of the public records of Indian River County,
<br />EXCEPT Lot 1, Block 1.
<br />AND
<br />The East 940'+ of Tract 8; the east 3151+ of Tract 1; the
<br />east 280'+ of Tract 9; all .in Section 28, Township 32 -South,
<br />Range 39 -East;
<br />Be changed from M-1 Restricted Industrial District, to R-1
<br />Single Family District.
<br />Tracts 11, 1.0, and the West 660' of Tract 9, the east 6901+
<br />of Tract 12, the East 3301+ of Tract 5, the West 197'+ of
<br />Tract 6, all in Section 28, Township 32 -South, Range 39 -East;
<br />Be changed from M-1 Restricted Industrial District to LM -1
<br />Light Manufacturing District.
<br />The east 1151+ of Tract 2, and the following described parcel
<br />of land; commence at a point being the intersection of the
<br />north -south dividing line between Tracts 1 and 2, Section 28,
<br />Township 32 -South, Range 39 -East, run east along said line 1451+
<br />to the point of beginning; thence run south 170' to a point;
<br />thence east 100' to a point; thence: south 11.30'+ to a point;
<br />thence run east 408.751+ to a point; thence run north 1300'+
<br />to a point, thence run east for 1651+ to a point, thence north
<br />for 261'+; thence run west to the point of beginning;
<br />Be changed from M-1 Restricted Industrial District, to R-2
<br />Multiple Family District.
<br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and describ-
<br />ed in said Zoning Regulation.
<br />The effective date is January 2, 197".
