4D <br />RESOLUTION NO. 74_33 M <br />WHEREAS, Hobart Landing Services Company has <br />requested certain rate increases, and <br />WHEREAS, a Notice of Public Hearing was duly <br />advertised according to law and a public hearing was held, <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, Hobart Landing Services Company has <br />submitted certain financial records indicating a need for <br />a rate increase, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of <br />County Commissioners of Indian River County, that Hobart <br />Landing Services Company is authorized to make the follow- <br />ing charges for its services: <br />Water <br />Rate <br />First 3,000 gallons $4.00 per month <br />All over 3,000 gallons .55 per 1000 gallons <br />
