<br />THIS QUITCLAIM DEED, Made this 4th day of October , 2022 , by
<br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose address
<br />is: 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to the STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT
<br />OF TRANSPORTATION, Grantee: (wherever used herein the terms "Grantor" and "Grantee" include all
<br />the parties to this instrument and the heirs, legal representatives and assigns of individuals, and the
<br />successors and assigns of organizations.)
<br />WITNESSETH: That the said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of $1.00 and other
<br />valuable considerations, receipt and sufficiency being hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise, release
<br />and quitclaim unto the said Grantee forever, all right, title, interest, claim and demand, which said Grantor

<br />Southeast One -Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section 23, a distance of 282.13 feet to a point on the new Limited
