The Board of Directors sets the direction for policies and seeks approval of the VCIRC's voting <br />members. This establishes the two year rotation process. <br />Starting in October 2022, half of the BOD will be up for election each year. The BOD also includes <br />three (3) Civilian members who are appointed by the BOD members. They are all volunteers. <br />
