RESOLUTION NO. 2022- <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING <br />AN EASEMENT (OR PORTION THEREOF) ON LOTS 15 & 16, CHERRY <br />LANE MANOR SUBDIVISION <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a drainage and utility easement on Lots 15 & <br />16, of CHERRY LANE MANOR SUBDIVISION; and <br />WHEREAS, DOUGLAS H. & MICHELLE L. DEAN, the owners of the property, have made <br />application to Indian River County requesting that the County release the easement, or portion thereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of the easement, or portion thereof, as described below, serves no public <br />purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida that: <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest <br />that it may have in the following described easement(s): <br />The north three (3) foot drainage & utility easement ofLot 15 and the south three (3) foot drainage & utility <br />easement of Lot 16, less and except any portions of east five (5) foot drainage & utility easements on Lot <br />15 & Lot 16, Cherry Lane Manor, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 77 of the <br />Public Records oflndian River County, Florida. <br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, <br />whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960. <br />THIS RESOLUTION <br />seconded by Commissioner <br />the following vote: <br />was moved for adoption by Commissioner , <br />and adopted on the day of September, 2022, by <br />Chairman Peter D.
