Shoreline Change Modeling, APTIM Work Order No. 2018008-04 <br />September 13, 2022 BCC Meeting <br />In response to the County's request for additional modeling support associated with the Sebastian <br />Inlet TAC, APTIM has prepared Work Order No. 2018008-4 to provide a modeling analysis of the <br />shoreline performance over specified timeframes. Work Order No. 2018008-4 includes APTIM's <br />modeling effort and associated meeting and coordination efforts. Total lump sum cost provided by <br />APTIM for the shoreline performance modeling effort related to the Sebastian Inlet District TAC <br />support is not to exceed $41,940.00. <br />FUNDING <br />Funding for coastal engineering support services is budgeted and available in the Beach <br />Restoration Fund/Other Professional Services, Account No. 12814472-033190. <br />Account Name I Account No. Amount <br />Beach Restoration Fund/Other Professional Services 1 12814472-033190 d $41,940.00 <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends the Board of County Commissioners approve APTIM Work Order No. 2018008-4 <br />in the amount of $41,940.00 for shoreline performance modeling efforts associated with the <br />support of the County's participation in the Sebastian Inlet District Technical Advisory Committee. <br />In addition, staff recommends that the BCC authorize the Chairman to execute Work Order No. <br />%I <br />I -111111-1m, <br />ATTACHMENT <br />1.
