NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein, the parties hereto agree as follows: The first recital of Easement Number 32851, which reads as follows: WHEREAS, GRANTOR is the owner of the hereinafter described real property, which is managed by the STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION, DIVISION OF RECREATION AND PARKS ("DRP") under Lease Number 4118 (also referred to as "managing agency"); and R 04/15
