The area to be abandoned was approximately 30' of the 130' <br />wide, 100' long segment of 32nd Avenue right-of-way. All reviewing <br />departments have reviewed and recommended approval of the abandonment. He <br />stated the property was not needed for any county roadway or access to any <br />surrounding properties and no easements were required. <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing.
