CONSTITUTIONAL OFFICERS and GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES <br />9.A. 22-0731 Supervisor of Elections Leslie R. Swan re: Request to Roll Back Revenue Received <br />into the FY 2021/2022 Budget <br />Recommended Action: Discussion <br />Attachments: Memorandum from Supervisor of Elections <br />Invoice Spreadsheet <br />Supervisor of Elections Leslie R. Swan detailed the fees her office collected for <br />candidate and initiative petition verification which totaled $6,243.35. Ms. Swan <br />requested that this revenue be rolled back into the fiscal year 2021-2022 budget for <br />the purchase of replacement ballot -on -demand ballot printers. <br />Chairman O'Bryan and Ms. Swan entered into discussion regarding a controversial <br />ballot initiative in the City of Vero Beach. The Chairman then praised Ms. Swan and <br />her staff for the way they managed the County's elections. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Flescher, seconded by Vice Chairman <br />Earman, to approve the Supervisor of Elections' request to roll back revenue <br />received into the FY 2021/2022 budget. The motion carried by the following vote: <br />Aye: 5 - Chairman O'Bryan, Vice Chairman Earman, Commissioner Adams, Commissioner <br />Flescher, and Commissioner Moss <br />10. PUBLIC ITEMS <br />A.
