Board of County Commissioners Meeting Minutes - Final September 14, 2022 <br />There were no proposed amendments to the budget. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Flescher, seconded by Chairman O'Bryan, to <br />approve the tentative budget of $21,552,509 for the Transportation Fund. The motion <br />carried by the following vote: <br />Aye: 4 - Chairman O'Bryan, Vice Chairman Earman, Commissioner Flescher, and <br />Commissioner Moss <br />Absent: 1 - Commissioner Adams <br />Emergency Services <br />22-0705 Proposed millage is 2.3531 and is 10.90% above rolled back rate of 2.1218. The <br />proposed budget is $52,044,363. <br />Attachments: Emergency Services <br />Chairman O'Bryan announced the Emergency Services District proposed millage is <br />2.3531 and is 10.90% above the rolled back rate of 2.1218. The proposed budget <br />is $52,044,363. <br />Chairman O'Bryan opened the public hearing. There being no speakers, the <br />Chairman closed the hearing. <br />There were no proposed amendments to the budget. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Flescher, seconded by Vice Chairman Earman, <br />to adopt the tentative millage rate of 2.3531, 10.90% above the rolled back rate of <br />2.1218 for the Emergency Services District. The motion carried by the following vote: <br />Aye: 4 - Chairman O'Bryan, Vice Chairman Earman, Commissioner Flescher, and <br />Commissioner Moss <br />Absent: 1 - Commissioner Adams <br />A motion was made by Vice Chairman Earman, seconded by Commissioner Flescher, <br />to adopt the tentative budget in the amount of $52,044,363 for the Emergency <br />Services District.
