Included in the <br />Crossover program is a subset of high-risk students who continue to display disruptive behaviors <br />and experience ongoing low academic achievement. Each student at Crossover is assigned a <br />dedicated team and is evaluated weekly. Interventions may include up to four additional mentoring <br />days per week, ongoing communication with parents, teachers and other school staff, training in <br />self advocacy, support in testing/development of Individualized Education Plans (when needed), <br />additional support with transportation, medical, and legal issues, and in cases of imminent school <br />dropout, support for an online homeschool program administered at Crossover. Increasing access <br />to college and vocational training opportunities among Crossover students and their families is <br />also provided through our College Bound and Career Readiness program. In the most recent <br />academic year, 100% of Crossover seniors graduated from high school, enrolled in college, <br />remain successfully enrolled and are receiving financial and/or merit -based support. <br />The projected number of unduplicated children to be served is on hundred fifteen (115). <br />
