This CSAC-funded <br />program will support the developing position of Family and Child Resource Coordinator (formerly <br />Assistant Director/Program Coordinator) at Dasie Hope to coordinate and facilitate evidence - <br />based, participatory activities that increase parent and caregiver (including grandparent) capacity <br />through facilitating whole person, whole community support programs that address social <br />determinants of health that impact Wabasso residents, especially children. <br />The projected number of unduplicated children to be served is one hundred (100) and one <br />hundred twenty-five (125) unduplicated adults. <br />
