Early Bird mirrors Early Head <br />Start and targets children living in the Gifford 32967 ZIP Code. The program focuses on toddler <br />and family development and success. Early Bird provides a safe, nurturing environment that <br />promotes the physical, social/emotional, and cognitive development of toddlers. Comprehensive <br />services include Health, Mental Health and Disability, Nutrition, Dental, Family Engagement, Child <br />Care, and Early Childhood Education. The center is open Monday -Friday from 8:30 AM to 2:45 <br />PM and operates on the 42 -week school year to coincide with the Head Start and the School <br />District schedule. The projected number of unduplicated children to be served is sixteen (16). <br />
