RESOLUTION NO. 2022- 090 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN <br />AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN'S EXECUTION OF TRANSPORTATION <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />THIS IS TO ERTIFY THAT THIS 18 A TRUE AND CORRECT <br />COPY E ORIGINAL ON FILE IN THIS OFFICE. <br />I <br />JEEBY D.C. <br />RIVER��NTY, FLORIDA � �_ a� .�� <br />REGI <br />PROGRAM SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 4 WITH THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF <br />TRANSPORTATION FOR 66TH AVENUE ROADWAY WIDENING FROM 49TH STREET TO 69TH STREET FOR <br />CONSTRUCTION AND CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING INSPECTION (CEI) SERVICES <br />WHEREAS, the widening of 66th Avenue from a two-lane to a four -lane divided highway from <br />491h Street to 69th Street and all ancillary construction work is an Indian River County priority project; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is prepared to provide funds to <br />pay a portion of the cost for the widening of 66th Avenue from a two-lane to a four -lane divided <br />highway from 49th Street to 69th Street and all ancillary construction work, as well as construction <br />engineering inspection (CIE) services under the Transportation Regional Incentive Program (TRIP); and <br />WHEREAS, the State of Florida, Department of Transportation, has requested Indian River <br />County execute and deliver to the State of Florida, Department of Transportation, Transportation <br />Regional Incentive Supplemental Agreement No. 4 for to update deliverables for CEI classifications; <br />and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN <br />AVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Chairman of the Board is hereby authorized to make, execute, and <br />deliver to the State of Florida, Department of Transportation, Transportation Regional Incentive <br />Program Supplemental Agreement No. 4 for the aforementioned project. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner Flescher who moved its adoption. The <br />motion was seconded by Commissioner Adams and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as <br />follows: <br />Susan Adams <br />AYE <br />Joseph E. Flescher <br />AYE <br />Joseph H.
