Lieske, Director of Utility Services <br />Prepared by: Harrison Youngblood, PE, Utilities Engineer, Utility Services <br />Subject: Work Order 13 to Bowman Consulting Group, LTD for West Wabasso Phase 3A <br />Background/Analysis: <br />The Indian River County Department of Utility Services (IRCDUS) desires to utilize Bowman Consulting <br />Group, LTD. (Bowman) under its CCNA 2018 contract, extended in 2021, to provide professional <br />engineering services for Phase 3A (61s' Drive) of the West Wabasso Septic to Sewer project. The project <br />will be comprised of a new gravity sanitary sewer collection system and related lift station in a developed <br />residential community. The proposal includes services for the engineering design and supplemental survey, <br />construction permitting, environmental resource permitting, preparation of bid documents, and bidding <br />assistance. <br />Funding: <br />Funds in the amount of $39,250.00 for this project are derived from Utilities capital funding in the <br />account Impact Fee/West Wabasso Sewer Phase 3, number 472-169000-21512.
