CCNA2018 WORK ORDER 13 <br />Bowman Consulting Group, LTD. <br />West Wabasso Septic to Sewer Phase 3A (611t Drive) <br />of the subject properties and obtain an environmental resource permit (ERP) from the St. Johns River Water <br />Management District (SJRWMD). <br />Task 4 — Bid Documents and Bidding Assistance <br />Bowman shall revise the "West Wabasso Septic to Sewer Phase 3B" bid documents to be specific to the Phase <br />3A (61St Drive) project. This task shall include attendance of the pre-bid and bid opening, assistance addressing <br />requests for information (RFI's) during the bid process, and a recommendation of bid award. <br />SERVICES NOT INCLUDED <br />• Boundary Survey of 8685 615L Drive (Lift Station Site) <br />• Construction Observation & Certification <br />EXHIBIT B — FEE SCHEDULE <br />Bowman will provide the services described above for the following lump sum fees: <br />Task 1— Engineering Design & Survey $21,500.00 <br />Task 2 — Permitting <br />$ 5,250.00 (inc. Application Fees) <br />Task 3 — Environmental Resource Permitting $ 8,000.00 <br />Task 4 — Bid Documents and Bidding Assistance $ 4,500.00 <br />Total: $ 39,250.00 <br />Services will be invoiced monthly. Lump sum invoices will reflect the percentage of the task completed. <br />EXHIBIT C — TIME SCHEDULE <br />This Task Order shall commence upon Notice to Proceed with the work to be completed as follows: <br />Task 1— Engineering Design & Survey 60 Days <br />Task 2 — Permitting 60 Days following Task 1 <br />Task 3 — Environmental Resource Permitting 60 Days Concurrent with Task 2 <br />Task 4 — Bid Documents and Bidding Assistance 30 Days following Tasks 2 & 3 <br />Total: 150 Days <br />140 <br />
