Xerox Intellectual Property means all of all intellectual property and associated intellectual <br />property rights including patent, trademark, service mark, copyright, trade dress, logo and trade <br />secret rights which exist and belong to Xerox as of the Effective Date or that may be created by <br />Xerox after the Effective Date, excluding Customer Confidential Information. <br />Xerox Products means Equipment, Xerox -brand Software, and Consumables leased, rented, <br />licensed, or purchased pursuant to this Agreement. <br />Xerox Tools means certain proprietary tools used by Xerox to provide certain Services, and any <br />modifications, enhancements, improvements thereto and derivative works thereof. <br />[Remainder of page left intentionally blank] <br />FL -University of So.
