EP 1 <br />EP 1.1 <br />EP 1.2 <br />EP 13 <br />EQUIPMENT PURCHASE MODULE <br />TERMS AND CONDITIONS SPECIFIC TO EQUIPMENT PURCHASE <br />In addition to the terms and conditions in the General (GEN) Module, the following terms <br />and conditions apply to the acquisition of Purchased Equipment. <br />Contract Number <br />On all Order documents for Equipment Purchase Orders, Customer will include the contract <br />number that is provided on the attached Equipment Purchase Pricing Exhibit. <br />Title and Risk of Loss <br />Title and risk of loss to such Purchased Equipment will pass to Customer upon delivery to <br />Customer Facility. <br />Default <br />If Customer defaults under an Order for Purchased Equipment, Xerox, in addition to its <br />other remedies (including the cessation of Maintenance Services if applicable), may require <br />immediate payment of all amounts then due plus all applicable Transaction Taxes), plus <br />applicable interest, at a rate established pursuant to § 55.03(1), Florida Statutes for <br />Customer, or the highest rate allowed by applicable law, or, absent such law, the rate of <br />1.5% per month, for Non -Affiliated Eligible Entities on all amounts due from the due date <br />until paid. <br />[Remainder of page left intentionally blank] <br />FL -University of So.
