Utilities Services <br />13. COUNTY ATTORNEY MATTERS <br />13.A. 22-0726 Construction Board of Adjustment and Appeals Member Appointment <br />Recommended Action: The County Attorney recommends that the Board review the applicant's application <br />and resume, and determine whether to appoint her to fill the unexpired term for the <br />"General Public" position to the Construction Board of Adjustment and Appeals. <br />Attachments: Staff Report <br />Kathryn Casano Radecke - Application <br />County Attorney Dylan Reingold informed the Board that Cindy Dixon had submitted <br />her resignation as a member of the General Public on the Construction Board of <br />Adjustment and Appeals. Attorney Reingold stated a qualified application from <br />Kathryn Casano-Radecke had been received and asked the Board to consider her <br />application to fill the vacancy. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Flescher, seconded by Commissioner <br />Moss, to approve staffs recommendation. The motion carried by the following <br />vote: <br />Aye: 5- Chairman O'Bryan, Vice Chairman Earman, Commissioner Adams, Commissioner <br />Flescher, and Commissioner Moss <br />13.6. 22-0806 Indian River County - St. Lucie County Interlocal Agreement for Pre -Trial Services <br />Recommended Action: The County Attorney's Office recommends that the Indian River County Board of <br />County Commissioners approve the proposed interlocal agreement and authorize the <br />chair to sign any documents necessary to effectuate the interlocal agreement, after <br />review and approval by the County Attorney. Additionally, the County Attorney's <br />Office recommends that the Board approve the submittal of a termination letter <br />finishing the St. Lucie County operation of the program by January 1, 2023. <br />Attachments: Staff Report <br />Indian River County - 22 - Pretrial <br />[Clerks note: Item 13.13. was heard as Item 9.C.] <br />County Attorney Dylan Reingold stated the Board had entered into a contract with St. <br />Lucie County to operate a pre-trial services program which expired on September <br />Indian River County Florida Page 12 <br />
