Upon completion of the draft Space Needs Analysis, the Architect shall <br />prepare and deliver the draft Space Needs Analysis to the Non -Trustees <br />Parties. The Non -Trustees Parties shall have a period of thirty (30) days <br />from delivery of the draft Space Needs Analysis within which to review and <br />to provide written approval, request for changes, or disapproval the draft <br />Space Needs Analysis. None of the Non -Trustees Parties shall unreasonably <br />withhold its consent to the draft Space Needs Analysis. If any of the Non - <br />Trustees Parties request changes or disapproves the draft Space Needs <br />Analysis, that Non -Trustees Party shall state its grounds for the requested <br />changes or disapproval in reasonably written detail. In the event one or <br />more of the Non -Trustees Parties requests changes or disapproves of the <br />draft Space Needs Analysis, then all the Non -Trustees Parties agree to meet <br />as expeditiously as possible and attempt to address the requested changes or <br />to resolve the grounds for disapproval. If the Non -Trustees Parties do not <br />provide written requests for changes or disapproval within such thirty (30) <br />day period, the draft Space Needs Analysis shall be deemed approved. <br />iii. The Architect shall be provided an estimated twenty-one (21)_ days from <br />receiving its approval of the draft Analysis to complete the final Space Needs <br />Analysis. <br />iv. Upon completion of the final Space Needs Analysis, the Architect shall furnish <br />a copy of the final Analysis to the Non -Trustees Parties. The Non -Trustees <br />Parties shall have a period of thirty (30) days from delivery of the final Space <br />Needs Analysis within which to review and to provide written approval, <br />request for changes, or disapproval of the final Space Needs Analysis. None <br />of the Non -Trustees Parties shall unreasonably withhold its consent to the <br />final Space Needs Analysis except to the extent the final Space Needs Analysis <br />are materially inconsistent with the draft Space Needs Analysis. If any of <br />the Non -Trustees Parties requests changes or disapproves of the final Space <br />Needs Analysis, that Non -Trustees Party shall state its grounds for the <br />requested changes or disapproval in reasonably written detail. In the event <br />one or more of the Non -Trustees Parties requests changes or disapproves of <br />the final Space Needs Analysis, then all the Non -Trustees Parties agree to <br />meet as expeditiously as possible and attempt to address the requested <br />changes or to resolve the grounds for disapproval. If the Non -Trustees <br />Parties do not provide written requests for changes or disapproval within <br />such thirty (30) day period, the final Space Needs Analysis Study shall be <br />deemed approved. <br />b.
