The modifications set forth a 90 -day window <br />during which time customers could settle their debt in return <br />for the write-off of some, or all, of the accrued penalties and <br />interest on their accounts. The modifications also included <br />an option to settle the discounted debt over a period of one <br />year. <br />1 <br />
