She continued, the current owner of the property Ocean Spray <br />Cranberries, Inc. made a request to the County for the Release of Right of Entry <br />and Reservation of Mineral Rights for the transmission line along 74th Avenue and <br />it was determined there was no need to withhold the release of these rights on the <br />30 foot strip of land. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Moss, seconded by Commissioner Adams, to <br />approve stairs recommendation.
