PROCLAMATIONS and PRESENTATIONS <br />5.A. 22-0843 Presentation of Proclamation Designating October, 2022, As Manufacturing Month In <br />Indian River County, Florida <br />Recommended action: Recommend Read and Present <br />Attachments: Proclamation <br />Helene Caseltine, Economic Development Director, Indian River County Chamber of <br />Commerce (Chamber), discussed the variety of manufacturing businesses based in the <br />County, the technical nature of modern manufacturing jobs, and the Manufacturing <br />Boot Camp for high school students. Ms. Caseltine went on to introduce Chamber <br />staff, and representatives from an assortment of local manufacturers and organizations <br />including Piper Aircraft, Pusher Intakes, Novurania, the School District of Indian <br />River County, and Career Source Research Coast. <br />Read and presented by Vice Chairman Earman <br />Indian River County Florida Page 1 <br />
