Liberty Park is a development located within <br />unincorporated Indian River County which was approved as Traditional Neighborhood <br />Design Development on October 14, 2008. On June 7, 2022 the Indian River County Board <br />of County Commissioners reviewed the guidelines to establish Community Development <br />Districts in unincorporated Indian River County. The intent of the Community Development <br />District is "to serve as special purpose district to plan, finance, construct, operate and <br />maintain infrastructure and services in a development" consistent with Section 190.003 of <br />the Florida State Statutes. <br />The Community Development District guidelines were established based on the standards <br />of the Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND) standards per section 915.21 of the <br />Indian River County Land Development Regulations. <br />The following chart confirms that Liberty Park is consistent with the Community Development <br />District Guidelines as proposed on the June 7, 2022 Board of County Commissioners <br />agenda: <br />610 Clematis Street, Suite CU02, West Palm Beach, FL 33401 2% <br />P:561-366-1100 www.udsflorida.com LA0001739 <br />Community Development District <br />Consistent with TND <br />Guidelines <br />(Sec. 915.21) <br />1.
