EXHIBIT A - SCOPE OF WORK <br />Kimley-horn understands that the client desires to modify the proposed restroom building. <br />Previously Kimley-Horn had permitted the design plans and received all necessary approvals. <br />Task 1 — Modification of Plans <br />Kimley-Horn understands that the COUNTY desires to modify the existing building. The modification to <br />the building will require modifications to the grading plan, utility points of connection and sidewalk access. <br />The following sheets will be modified: <br />Site Plan <br />Grading Plan <br />Utility Plan <br />This task also consists of the effort to modify the plans up to one time based on comments from <br />the permitting agencies in Task 2 below. <br />Task 2 — Permitting Assistance <br />Based on the revisions and modifications to the plans in Task 1 above, Kimley Horn will prepare applications <br />to the applicable municipalities listed below to modify the previously approved permits. <br />IRC Utility Connection Permit <br />IRC Right of Way Permit <br />IRC Administrative Approval for Site Plan <br />This task consists of up to one response to comments for each permit listed <br />above. EXHIBIT B — FEE SCHEDULE <br />The COUNTY agrees to pay and the Consultant agrees to accept for services rendered pursuant <br />to this Agreement fees inclusive of expenses in accordance with the following: <br />A. Professional Services Fee <br />The basic compensation mutually agreed upon by the Consultant and the COUNTY is as follows: <br />Lump Sum Components <br />Task Labor <br />Fee <br />Modification of Plans $ 3,200 <br />Permitting Assistance $ 3,800 <br />EXHIBIT C — TIME SCHEDULE <br />Upon authorization to proceed by the COUNTY, final design documents are expected to take approximately <br />sixty (60) days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP). <br />NTP contingent upon BOCC approval <br />Plans Preparation 30 days following NTP <br />
