40 <br />40 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 75- 4 <br />WHEREAS, according to request, the Clerk of the Circuit <br />Court did duly advertise to hold a tax sale on the following <br />described property, to --wit <br />Lot 7, Block 65, SEBASPIAN HIGHLANDS, UNIT <br />NO. 2, according to the Plat thereof recorded <br />in Plat Book 5, pages 34. 35. 36 and 37, in the <br />Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian <br />River County, Florida <br />owned by Donald V. Burgess and Ruby B. Burgess, his wife; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, there was an excess of $773.62 paid at said <br />sale which the prior owners are entitled to; and <br />WHEREAS, Donald V. Burgess and Ruby B. Burgess, his <br />wife, have made proper request to the Clerk of the Circuit <br />Court for the payment of said excess of $773.62 to them; and <br />WHEREAS, under Florida Statute 197.1.86 such demand <br />for excess has been timely made; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners in meeting assembled this 22nd day of January <br />1975, as follows: That the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall <br />be and he is hereby authorized to pay to Donald V. Burgess <br />and Ruby B.
