RESOLUTION NO. 75-5
<br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, on January 6, 1975, did select,
<br />nominate and unanimously elect as their Chairman, Alma Lee
<br />Loy; and did select, nominate and unanimously elect, as
<br />their Vice -Chairman, Willare, W. Siebert, Jr., and
<br />WHEREAS, the people of Indian Fiver County, Florida,
<br />have voted in General Public Election and have duly elected
<br />Ralph Harris to the office of Clerk of the Circuit Court,
<br />and
<br />WHEREAS, the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River
<br />County, Florida, is also the Clerk of the Board of County
<br />Commissioners as provided by Florida Statute 125.17:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of
<br />County Commissioners, and their Clerk, do hereby designate
<br />the following banking institutions as official depositories:
<br />(1) First Citrus Bank of Indian River County
<br />(2) Florida First National Bank at Vero Beach
<br />(3) Commercial Bank of Vero Beach
<br />(4) Beach Bank, of Vero Beach
<br />(5) Southeast Bank of Sebastian
<br />(6) First Westside Bank of Vero Beach
<br />(7) Indian River Federal Savings and Loan Association
<br />(B) Security Federal Savings and Loan Association of.

<br />(9) First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort
<br />Pierce
<br />(10) First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Indian
<br />River
<br />(11) Southern Federal Savings and Loan Association of
<br />Broward County
<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that each designated depository
<br />of the Commission be, and it is hereby requested, authorized,
<br />and directed to honor check warrants or other orders for the
<br />payment of money drawn in the Commission's name, including
<br />those payable to the individual order of any person or
<br />persons whose name or names appear thereon as a signer
<br />thereof when bearing the signature of the Clerk, Ralph Harris,
<br />and one signature of either_ the Chairman, Alma Lee Loy, or
<br />the Vice -Chairman, Willard W. Siebert-, Jr. Of the two
<br />signatures, one must be an actual signature and one may be a
