RESOLUTION NO. 75-14 <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, <br />Florida, did, after public hearing, make its final. report <br />"recommending changes and additions to the 'Zoning Ordinance <br />40 <br />of Indian River County, Florida; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said <br />recommended changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto <br />hold a public hearing in relation thereto at which parties <br />in interest and citizens were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of <br />Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, <br />be changed as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />"3following described property owned by Wellington Stevens, <br />James G. Sutherland, situated in Indian River County, Florida, <br />to -wit: <br />The South 840 feet of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and <br />the North 120 feet of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of <br />Section 13, Township 33 -South, Range 39 -East, Indian <br />River County, Florida, lying west of the Old Dixie <br />Highway EXCEPTING from this conveyance, however, all <br />of Blocks 4 and 5 of Gloria Gardens according to plat <br />filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court <br />of St. Lucie County, In Plat Book 5, page 33 with the <br />exception of Lot 5 of Block 5 of said Gloria Gardens <br />which is being conveyed hereby. Said land lying and <br />being in Indian River County, Florida. <br />Be changed from R-1 Single Family District, to R -2B <br />',iultiple Family District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Regulation. <br />
