• F. The'construction and completion in a finished condition <br />of all drainage and drainage structures in accordance <br />with the specifications of the County which are as <br />follows: <br />1. "All areas on both sides of all paved and curbed <br />areas of all streets extending from the pavement .n,:. , T'Or <br />to the property line shall be seeded, sprigged or <br />sodded as provided for in Section 570 of D.O.T. <br />Specification. <br />Note: See Appendix Figure 6 on page 34. <br />2. All driveways leading from the travelway portion of <br />any roadway shall be paved or surfaced, conforming <br />to the drainage Swale profile or drainage pipe of <br />sufficient size which shall be placed underneath <br />each driveway in the drainage swale to permit proper• <br />•drainage. The minimum size of drainage pipe in a <br />roadway swale shall be 12 (twelve) ivzches. <br />3. "All concrete gutter sections shall make provision <br />for intersecting with other drainage facilities <br />with concrete outlets and changes in typical sec- <br />tions to assure drainage from the gutter. Culverts <br />under roadways shall have rip rap or concrete head- <br />walls where deemed necessary by the Engineer & <br />County Administrator. <br />4. All back lot drainage ditches shall be dug to a <br />_;._. .minimum of a three to one side .slope. Unless other-.._ <br />wise designated by the Engineer. <br />5. Headwalls, shall be as follows: <br />6. The mixture shall be in a proportion of 1 cubic foot <br />of cement to 5 cubic feet of clean sand. This <br />mixture is to be placed in approved, tied cloth bags. <br />Between such layer of bags there is to be a sand <br />cement mixture as described above. <br />7. For heights of headwalls up to six feet -a one eighth <br />inch to one foot batter shall be made. <br />8. For heights between 6 feet and 12 feet, the footing <br />shall be 3 bags wide, gradually decreasing the <br />number to a one bag width at.the.top. <br />-11- <br />
