O <br />APPENDIX A <br />1 Subdivision Requirement for Paving, Drainage, Signs and <br />Wa1ter. Prior to the commencement of construction, all plans <br />shall have been approved by the County Administrator. <br />Prior to the granting of final approval of the final plat, <br />the subdivider shall install or shall have furnished adequate <br />bond for the completion of the following: <br />1. As provided for under Chapter 177 Laws of Florida. <br />2. All improvements required by this Ordinance. <br />A. Technical Specifications: <br />1. All equipment necessary for the construction of <br />work required in these specifications, shall be <br />on the project, in first class working condition, <br />and shall have been approved by the County <br />Administrator. <br />2. It is the right of the County Administrator to <br />require the contractor to conform to the ap- <br />proved plans and specifications. <br />3.' Definitions: Approval"direct approval either by <br />the Board of County Commissioners or the County <br />Administrator. Engineer -County Administrator, <br />or approved professional engineer for the project. <br />4. Supervision: An approved engineering firm or <br />professional engineer must control or supervise <br />construction of all improvements at the expense <br />of the owner. Each stage of construction shall <br />receive approval. <br />5. Base Width: All bases shall be one foot wider <br />than the final pavement width. Radius to conform <br />with final pavement requirements. <br />6. Pavement Width: The minimum pavement width shall <br />be 20' (twenty feet) exclusive of curbs. Split _ <br />pavements for a boulevard type street shall have <br />a minimum width of 12' (twelve feet) exclusive of, <br />curbs. All paved intersections shall have a _ <br />minimum of 25' (twenty --five feet) radius at edge <br />of pavement. Larger radii may be required by <br />County Administrator. <br />-1- - <br />
