RESOLUTION NO. <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, <br />Florida, did, after public hearing, make its final report <br />recommending changes and additions to the Zoning Ordinance <br />of Indian River County, Florida; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said re- <br />commended changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, <br />hold a public hearing in relation thereto at which parties <br />in interest and citizens were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of <br />Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning flap, <br />be changed as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the follow- <br />--ding property owned by Richard A. & Patricia A. Gemberling, situa- <br />ted in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Being all of Lots 17, 18 & 19 lying west of the west <br />line of U.S. highway No. 1 and the west 200 feet of <br />Lot 20 in Wauregan Subdivision as filed in Brevard <br />County by S. R. Carter in 1888, and being a part of <br />Sections 21 and 30, Fleming Grant, now lying in Indian <br />River County, Florida. <br />Be changed from C-1 Commercial District, and R-1 Single <br />Family District, to R-lMP Mobile home Park District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and des- <br />cribed in said Zoning Regulation. <br />59 <br />
