C7 <br />AD= RESOLUTION NO. 75-33 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida have applied to the State of Flor- <br />ida, Department of Natural Resources for a grant in the amount <br />of $6,486.00 under the'Florida Boating Improvement Program; and <br />WHEREAS, the purpose of the grant would be to <br />improve and expand the small boat ramp located on the West <br />causeway of the Wabasso bridge; and <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County, through its Planning <br />Commission has made a study of environmental considerations <br />that would be affected by improvement of the boat ramp; and <br />WHEREAS, by letter dated March 25, 1975, from the <br />Planning Commission, said project was approved as being bene- <br />ficial to the County with little or no adverse environmental <br />impact; and <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County is in favor of the <br />project moving forward without delay; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA that the <br />Board hereby approves the repair and expansion of the boat <br />ramp located on the West causeway of the Wabasso bridge and <br />requests the various Governmental agencies involved to proceed <br />with the approval of the application granting to Indian River <br />County an amount of $6,486.00 for the project; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman of the <br />Board of County Commissioners is hereby authorized that at <br />such time that contracts are forwarded to the County for signature <br />to execute same to effectuate completion of the project in accord - <br />once with the application submitted. <br />J' BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />By �7he✓ Gj <br />�'- Chairman <br />Clerk <br />
