os <br />40 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 75--02 <br />® WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida have applied to the State of Florida, Department <br />of Natural Resources for a grant in the approximate amount of <br />Seven Thousand ($7,000.00) Dollars under the Florida Boating <br />Improvement Program; ana <br />WHEREAS, the purpose of the grant would be to develop a <br />small boat ramp located on the West Bank of the Indian River <br />at Oslo Road; and <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County is in favor of the project <br />moving forward without delay; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA that the Board <br />hereby approves the development of a boat ramp located on <br />the West bank of the Indian River at Oslo Road and requests <br />the various Governmental agencies involved to proceed with <br />the approval of the application granting to Indian River County <br />an amount of approximately Seven Thousand $7,000.00) Dollars <br />for the project. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Board of <br />County Commissioners is hereby authorized that at such time <br />that contracts are forwarded to the County for signature to <br />execute same to effectuate completion of the project in accord- <br />ance with the application.submitted. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COIUIISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />By a <br />Alma Lee Loy, Cnairm <br />Attest; �� <br />Ralph rris, Clerk <br />
