SIEBERT, JR ,.# <br />TO REPRESENT INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />® ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER i'IASSEY, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONEP, <br />SCHMUCKER, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED.RESOLUTION 75-40 AND REQUESTED <br />THAT THE MEMORANDUM FROM THE INDIAN RIVER SOIL CONSERVATION DISTRICT <br />BE MADE A PART OF THESE MINUTES. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 75-40 <br />BE IT RESOLVED that Indian River County Commission join other <br />interested counties along with the Soil and Water Conservation <br />District in State Planning Region, in making application to the <br />U.S. Secretary of Agriculture for a resource conservation and <br />development program. <br />Financial and technical assistance is available for soil, water, <br />vegetation and related conservation projects through USDA Soil <br />Conservation Service and other Federal and State agencies. <br />RESOLVE that Commissioner Siebert represents Indian River <br />County with preparation of RC&D Bylaws and application to Secretary <br />of Agriculture. <br />pb <br />6-13-75 <br />-15- <br />
