RESOLUTION NO. 75-51 <br />!m WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, <br />Florida, did, after public hearing, make its final report re- <br />commending changes and additions to the Zoning Ordinance of <br />Indian River County, Florida; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said re- <br />commended changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold <br />a public hearing in relation thereto at which parties in inter- <br />est and citizens were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of <br />Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, <br />be changed as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the follow- <br />ing property owned by Walter R. Pryor, situated in Indian River <br />County, Florida, to -wit: <br />All of Lots 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18, Block <br />11, WEONA PARK SUBDIVISION, which lies East of East <br />Right of Way line of the New U.S. Highway No. 1, accord- <br />ing to plat filed in the office of the Clerk of the <br />Circuit Court of Indian River County, Florida, in Plat <br />Book 2, page 17. <br />Subject to easements, rights of way and reservations <br />of record. <br />Be changed from C-lA Restricted Commercial District, <br />to C-1 Commercial District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Regulation. <br />
