RESOLUTION NO. 75-52 <br />d1b M WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, <br />Florida, did, after public hearing, make its final report <br />40 recommending changes and additions to the Zoning Ordinance <br />of Indian River County, Florida; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said re- <br />commended changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold <br />a public hearing in relation thereto at which parties in inter- <br />est and citizens were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of <br />Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, <br />be changed as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />--t following property owned by Charles Edward Smith and Cecilia <br />Ana Smith, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Lot 8, Block 2, Cadenhead S/D, to the Town of Wabasso, <br />as recorded in Plat Book 5, page 21, public records of <br />Indian River County, Florida, and ALSO: <br />Beginning at the SW corner of the 5 acre lot sold to E.E. <br />Smith by J. R. Leatherman and wife, recorded in Book QQ, <br />page 86, records of Brevard County, and running East a- <br />long the public road 53 1/2 feet; thence North 125 feet; <br />thence West 50 1/2 feet; thence South 1.25 feet to point <br />of beginning; and ALSO: <br />Beginning at a stake in the middle of the public road <br />33 1/3 rods West and 125 feet North of: SE corner of NE 1/4 <br />of SW 1/4 of Section 28, Township 31 -South, Range 39 -East, <br />running North 79 feet, East 50 1/2 feet; South 79 feet; <br />thence West to point of beginning; and ALSO: <br />Beginning at a stake on the South line and 10 feet West <br />of SE corner of NE 1/4 of SW 1/4 of Section 28, Township <br />31 -South, Range 39 -East; thence North parallel. with East <br />line of above described piece of land 24 rods; thence in <br />a Westerly direction parallel with public shell road 33 1/3 <br />rods; thence South 192 feet; thence East 50 1/2 feet; thence <br />North 192 feet; thence West 50 1/2 feet; and ALSO: <br />Beginning at a point on the South line of the NE 1/4 of <br />SW 1/4 of Section 28, above described, 33 rods, 15 feet <br />6 inches West of SE corner of said NE 1./4 of SW 1/4 of <br />said Section 28; from thence due North 200 feet; thence <br />West to the right of way of the FECR a distance of 189 <br />feet; thence in a Southeasterly direction along said r/w <br />to point due West of point of beginning; thence go East <br />96 feet to point of beginning, EXCEPT the following: <br />Beginning at a point on the South line of the NE 1/4 of <br />SW 1/4 of said Section 28, 687 feet West of SE corner of <br />
