! RESOLUTION NO. 75-53
<br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Flor-
<br />40 ida, did, after public hearing, make its final report recommend-
<br />ing changes and additions to the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River
<br />County, Florida; and,
<br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommend-
<br />ed changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public
<br />hearing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citi-
<br />zens were heard: Now, therefore,
<br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River
<br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as
<br />follows:
<br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following
<br />property owned by David Jackson, Jr., Clifford S. Reuter, as 'trustee,
<br />situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit:
<br />That part of Tracts 3,-6, and 7, lying West of I-95, in
<br />Section 36, Township 33 -South, Range 38 --East, according
<br />to the last general plat of lands of Indian River Farms
<br />Company according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat
<br />Book 2, page 25, public records of St. Lucie County, Flor-
<br />ida; said land now lying and being in Indian River County,
<br />Florida; AND
<br />That part of Tracts 4 and 5, Section 36, Township 33 -South,
<br />Range 38 -East, Indian River Farms Company Subdivision as
<br />recorded in Plat Book 2, page 25 of Public Records of St.
<br />Lucie County, now lying and being in Indian River County,
<br />Florida, lying West of Interstate 95 Highway and East of
<br />Florida Power & Light Company Easement as described in
<br />Official Records Book 60, page 395, Public Records of Indian
<br />River County, Florida; said parcel being more particularly
<br />described as follows:
<br />From the Northeast corner of said Tract 5, run South 00 de-
<br />grees 25'48" West along the East line of said Tract 5, a dis-
<br />tance of 35.00 feet to the Easterly right-of-way of said Flor-
<br />ida Power and Light Company Easement; Thence run North 36 de-
<br />grees 21.'01" West along said Easterly right-of-way a distance
<br />of 1705.11 feet to the North line of said Tract 4; Thence run
<br />South 89 degrees 29'12" East along the North line of said
<br />Tract 4 a distance of 841.44 feet to the West right-of-way
<br />of I-95 Highway; Thence run South 24 degrees 58'17" East a-
<br />long said right-of-way a distance of 214.00 to the point of
<br />curvature of a curve on said right-of-way; Thence run along
<br />said curved right-of-way, said curve being concave to the
<br />Northeast and having a radius of 5879.58 feet and a delta
<br />angle of 01 degrees 57'46", an arc distance of 201.42 feet
<br />to the East line of said Tract 4; Thence run South 00 degrees
<br />32115" West along said East line of 'tract 4 a distance of
<br />955.70 feet to the Southeast corner of said Tract 4, same
<br />being the Northeast corner of Tract 5 and point of beginning;
<br />LESS AND EXCEPTING the North 30 feet of said Tract 4 being
<br />canal right-of-way.
