40 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 75-55 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of <br />® Indian River County, Florida on April 9, 1975 adopted <br />Resolution No. 75-19 formally creating a Government <br />Study Committee and establishing nine members to serve <br />on the Committee, and on April 23, 1975, established <br />Rules of Procedure for operation of the Committee; and <br />WHEREAS, the said Committee made up of the following <br />members; <br />Dan K. Richardson, Chairman <br />Sherman N. Smith, Jr., Vice Chairman <br />Lois Appleby <br />J. B. Egan, III <br />John Gould <br />.Larry Hall <br />Herman Heise <br />Ronald Hudson <br />A. Richard Todd <br />have performed their duties faithfully and returned to the <br />Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, a <br />Report and Recommendation of their Committee; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida is grateful for the service <br />of the Committee Members named above and acknowledges <br />receipt of its Government Study Report; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />that the Report by the Government Study Committee is <br />hereby accepted with grateful appreciation for a job <br />well done. There being no further function for the <br />Committee to provide, said Committee is hereby dis- <br />charged from any futher obligation. <br />
