40 <br />40 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 75-58 <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, <br />Florida, did, after public hearing, make its final report <br />recommending changes and additions to the Zoning Ordinance <br />of Indian River County, Florida; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said re- <br />commended changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold <br />a public hearing in relation thereto at which parties in Inter- <br />est and citizens were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of. County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of <br />Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, <br />be changed as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />->following property owned by Ralph A. and Thelma L. Stogner, <br />situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Lots 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12 & 13, Block V as shown <br />on a plat of "DIXIE HEIGHTS, UNIT NO. 5"; said plat re- <br />corded in the public records of Indian River County, <br />Florida in Plat Book 5 at page 8. <br />Be changed from C-1 Commercial District, to LM -1 Light <br />Manufacturing District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Regulation. <br />
