r-, <br />:1 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 75-60 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida: <br />SECTION 1 <br />This Resolution is an amendment to Resolution No. <br />75-21 adopted on April 23, 1975, by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, which is known <br />as the "TREASURE COVE SUBDIVISION SEWER FRANCHISE." <br />SECTION 2 <br />The franchise area described in Section 4 of <br />Resolution No. 75-21 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />The South 500 feet of the North 700 feet <br />of Government Lot 1, Section 16, Township <br />33 South, Range 40 East, Indian River <br />County, Florida. <br />SECTION 3 <br />All provisions of Resolution No. 75-21 adopted by <br />the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida on April 23, 1975, shall remain in full force and <br />effect, except as amended above, and the franchise area des- <br />cribed above shall be subject to all the terms and conditions <br />of Resolution No. 75-21 as if the same were included in the <br />original Resolution No. 75-21. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida, has caused this amendment to <br />Resolution No. 75-21, said Resolution having been adopted by <br />the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, on April 23, 1975, and which is known as the "TREASURE <br />COVE SUBDIVISION SEWER FRANCHISE", to be executed in the name <br />of the County of Indian River by the Chairman of the Board of <br />
