• <br />40 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 75- 65 <br />WHEREAS, all acts have been performed and all proceedings <br />have been carried out as required by law preliminary to the Board of <br />County Commissioners establishing a millage rate for the Indian River <br />County Health Department operated by the State Board of Health. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, That <br />there shall be and is hereby levied upon all.of the real and personal <br />taxable property in Indian River County, Florida, for the year 1975, <br />the tax of .1322 mills or 13.22. cents per thousand dollars to be used <br />in carrying out the purposes of the Indian River County Health Department <br />operated by the State Board of Health. <br />ATTEST: <br />Clerk s` <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA. <br />BY <br />A LEE LOY, Chairman <br />
