RESOLUTION NO, _7rj-2_ <br />40 WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Flor- <br />ida, did, after public hearing, make its final. report recommend - <br />4 ing changes and additions to the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida; and <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommend- <br />ed changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public <br />hearing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and <br />citizens were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the follow - <br />fling property being the John W. Massey, Jr., unrecorded Subdivision, <br />situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Beginning at the SW corner of the SW 1/4 of Section 28, <br />Township 31 -South, Range 39 -East, running North 115 feet <br />along West boundary of SW 1/4 to point of beginning; <br />thence run North 285 feet; thence East 120 feet; thence <br />North 125 feet; thence West 120 feet; thence North 120 <br />feet; thence East 175 feet; thence South 95 feet; thence <br />East 150 feet; thence South 435 feet; thence West 325 feet <br />to point of beginning. <br />Be changed from C-1 Commercial District, and R-1 Single <br />Family District, to R -IMP Mobile Home Park District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and des- <br />cribed in said Zoning Regulation. <br />
