e• <br />4D <br />RESOLUTION NO. 75-80 <br />do WHEREAS, at the present time applicants for zoning <br />changes are required to disclose only the applying entity's <br />name and not the underlying ownerships; and <br />WHEREAS, the County Commission of Indian River County, <br />Florida feels that it is in the best interest of the County <br />to have a disclosure of all ownership interests whether legal <br />or equitable. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, P:' IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA that accompanying <br />all Rezoning Applications shall be a verified disclosure by the <br />Applicant of all persons having a legal, beneficial or equitable <br />interest in the Applicant entity.
